Using high-powered CO2 lasers, we make precision cuts in materials measuring as thick as 1.0”. Our lineup of laser cutters includes 2-axis and 3-axis machines as well as 5-axis and 6-axis variations capable of operating with extreme accuracy, speed, and efficiency. We also use our laser equipment to perform accurate and precise laser engraving on finished parts.

A large 4.0’ wide x 10.0’ long table enables us to produce oversize workpieces, or laser cut many smaller pieces from a single sheet. Kerf width as narrow as 0.08 mm allows for tight part nesting to maximize material usage. We also use lasers to cut pipe and tubing as well as perform direct part marking. Lasers permanently mark barcodes, serial numbers, UID marks, and other images and text directly onto part surfaces with a high degree of precision and processing efficiency. The marks are exceptionally durable retain their legibility for the entire life of the part. With this capability, we can process a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials as well as non-metals like acrylic, plastic, rubber, wood, ceramic, and others. We can also maintain tolerances as close as ±.003” with consistent repeatability.
